The Day

A deeper, evidence based look at complex women's health.

Advanced Women's Health is a CPD training day from The Marion Gluck Training Academy — specialists in women's health and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Across one carefully curated day, eight expert sessions move from advanced, personalised BHRT through to the most complex and evolving areas of clinical practice.

Designed for practitioners ready to deepen their clinical confidence, the day pairs evidence and decision frameworks with real world cases — closing with an interactive panel and case group study with the full faculty.

Course Outcomes

After the day, you will have increased confidence to:

  • 01Apply a structured BHRT prescribing model using clinical decision maps to guide personalised care.
  • 02Interpret variability in hormone response and adjust treatment plans, including appropriate use of genomics.
  • 03Assess and safely prescribe BHRT in higher risk patients using clear decision frameworks (prescribe, modify, avoid).
  • 04Integrate thyroid, metabolic and stress physiology to manage complex hormonal presentations.
  • 05Apply targeted strategies for mood, libido, weight resistance and gut and hormone interactions.
  • 06Understand guidelines for preventing and managing osteoporosis and its risk factors.
  • 07Integrate complex clinical data and confidently justify prescribing decisions using a multisystem approach.

Who should attend

Attendance assumes some existing knowledge or experience in women's health and gynaecological conditions. If you are newer to the field, we recommend completing the Foundation in Women's Health, Introduction to BHRT and Developing Your Knowledge courses first. Practitioners outside the UK should consider their local compounded bioidentical hormone supply source.
